The Blue Square Club - International Society Against Background Music (short: The Club) is a non-profit organisation operated by BLUE SQUARE GROUP.

It does not exist as a legal entity itself. Therefore, every member is responsible for his or her own activities, and has no right of representation.

Applying for membership does not lead to any more commitments. Membership does not involve any obligations except the assumption of costs for printing and delivering the Members' Card if desired. Of course, Your personal data will be treated as confidential. They will only be used for internal processing and will not be passed on to third parties.
